Owned by a family that is too busy elsewhere to bother with this beauty. Making money is nice. But why not show a little respect for the community that you benefit from.

I get it, you're too busy with other matters to care about the eyesore townies have to see every day and look at.

Maybe you have grand plans for the property? Why don't you share it with the rest of us. Put it up for auction. Seriously, someone with a vision or desire to do something with the property is out there. They will put in the time, money and love this old girl needs.

Oh, or how about donating it to an organization or business that can put it to good use.
